Prices under our terms and conditions at Val d'Isere

All prices include VAT at the current rate applicable to transportation services. The service includes the driver, fuel, and full passenger insurance coverage. Tolls and parking fees are included.

Luggage: accepted up to 10 kg per passenger and remains under the passenger's responsibility.

Upon request, a detailed statement of the trip will be provided at the end of the service.

(*) VAT applied: 10% for transfers — 20% for certain other services.

Payment Terms & Complaints

• Accepted payment methods: cash, cheque, PayPal, credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard).
• Every first booking is payable in full at the time of reservation: payment confirms the booking.
• All wedding transportation services must be paid in full upon signing the contract.
• Only established account clients are invoiced after the service; invoices are payable on receipt, no later than the 15th of the month following the service.
• Any complaint must be submitted within 8 days after the service has been provided.
• Jurisdiction: Avignon Court (company headquarters).

IMPORTANT — Regulated Activity

Paid passenger transport is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles are permitted to perform such services. An authorized vehicle must:

1. Be driven by a licensed professional chauffeur approved by the prefecture.
2. Be properly registered and hold all required certificates (from the competent ministry / tourism authority).
3. Display the registration sticker/badge on the windshield.

Beware of operators using unauthorized vehicles — they cannot legally provide any guarantees or insurance coverage.

Service & Reservations

• The transfer starts at the address provided by the client and ends at the specified destination.
• For chauffeur service, mileage is unlimited within the time period reserved by the client.
• Transfers begin at the pick-up location and end at the drop-off point. Additional kilometres are charged at €3.50 / km.
• Cancellation more than 7 days before the service: full refund. Cancellation within 7 days: the sums paid remain acquired to the provider.
• For wedding services, the remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the scheduled date.
• The right to use images of the vehicle is granted for personal use only.
• Smoking and eating are prohibited inside the vehicle; the driver may take a short break if needed.
• The vehicle is provided with a driver, fuel, and full insurance coverage.

Terms and conditions at Val d'Isere: reservations & cancellation

Booking implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions at Val d'Isere. Both the client and the provider agree to abide by all clauses of the contract. No modification will be accepted without prior written agreement.

The contract becomes effective once the booking has been confirmed and paid. In the event of a late cancellation by the client, the sums paid remain the property of the provider as compensation.

Responsibilities

Our full insurance policy covers the company's liability during the service.

The client remains legally and criminally responsible for their actions. The company cannot be held liable for the client's behaviour before or after the service, except regarding the client's safety during transportation.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure — road closure, avalanche risk, exceptional weather, strike or any event beyond our control — the contract is suspended or cancelled without compensation on either side. We always propose an alternative solution when one exists.
